A pilonidal sinus is a depression in the skin or small pit that occurs at the bottom of the tailbone (coccyx) and can become infected and filled with pus. Once infected, the technical term is pilonidal abscess. Pilonidal abscesses look like a boil at the bottom of the tailbone, just above the crack of the buttocks. It is more common in men than in women. It's important to keep the area as clean and dry as possible. Removing hair from the area is also advisable, best is by shaving or using hair removal creams. This should reduce the risk of an infection. If your pilonidal sinus does become infected, surgery is likely to be recommended.
Prostate Enlargement Treatment
Enlarged Prostate Symptoms and Causes?
In men urine flows from the bladder through the urethra. BPH is a benign (noncancerous) enlargement of the prostate that blocks the flow of urine through the urethra. The prostate cells gradually multiply creating an enlargement that puts pressure on the urethra through which urine and semen exit the body. As the urethra narrows the bladder has to contract more forcefully to push urine through the body.
treatment for Snoring problem
Snoring is caused by vibrating tissues within the airways of the nose and throat. The vibrations that cause snoring are caused by turbulent airflow through narrowed airways. Snoring is affected by the stage of sleep sleeping position, and the use of medications and alcohol. Snoring, like all other sounds, is caused by vibrations that cause particles in the air to form sound waves. While we are asleep, turbulent airflow can cause the tissues of the palate (roof of the mouth) and throat to vibrate, giving rise to snoring.
Hypertension or High BP
Hypertension, or high blood pressure, is dangerous because it can lead to brain stroke, heart attack, heart failure, or kidney disease. A large number of people in the world are suffering from high BP from a very early age.
High Blood Pressure results in hardening of the blood vessels and is the cause of many diseases by the time the person reaches 50 years of age. Regular exercise, low fat diet, staying away from smoking and excess alcohol can keep your blood pressure within the normal limits of 120/80
